SIMPLY MAGIC / OUR STORY & BUSINESSES
AOL. Helping create the internet from the beginning.
Nearly a decade with America Online.
After moving to Tucson, Arizona, Paul worked as a software programmer for America Online for almost ten years. This was a formative chapter in his career, adding sustained software-development experience to a background in publishing, graphic arts, and interactive multimedia.
During that period, Paul also started Casino Party Events. Software and live events may look different, but both gave him ways to think about how people interact, what holds their attention, and how an experience works in practice. The classic AOL mark represents this chapter; the accompanying images show the interactive-display and event work that connects to his broader career.
